Remove the grinding heads from the PRO nail cutter. You can then wash the grinding heads thoroughly with water and a little soap. The nail cutter itself must not be cleaned under running water. Allow the grinding heads to dry thoroughly before the next use.
Our recommendation: Disinfect the grinding heads with conventional disinfectant before and after each use.
Use the supplied charging cable for this. First plug the charging cable into the nail cutter (input). Then plug the other end of the charging cable into a suitable power supply unit. (Power adapter is not included). If a red light appears on the front of the nail cutter, the charging phase has started. As soon as the small light on the front changes from red to green, the nail cutter is fully charged and the charging cable can be removed.
Switch on the nail cutter as usual. Then press the on button twice. The battery status is now displayed for 3 seconds. If it is fully charged, it displays the number 99. If the battery is empty, it displays the number 00.
Switch on the nail cutter first. Now press the rear part of the nail cutter once. The nail cutter stops for 1 second. A symbol appears on the screen for a short time. (F = Forwards or R = Reverse). The nail cutter then continues in the other direction.
The PRO nail cutter has 35 individually adjustable speed levels. Switch on the nail cutter first. The current speed level is displayed on the screen. These levels range from 0 to 35. When switched on, turn the rear head. Turn the head clockwise to increase the speed up to the maximum level of 35. Turn the head anti-clockwise to reduce the speed level down to the minimum level.
Ceramic bits are much more durable than metal bits. They dissipate heat more easily and also provide a more pleasant and noticeably easier feel during use.
The PRO nail cutter must not be disposed of with household waste. It can be handed in at special collection and return centres. You can find all the information here.
