For shipping to other countries, please visit our international stores.

From $40 to $58,99 → $7,95 shipping
Up to $39,99  → $14,95 shipping

Please note: Delivery is calculated based on the value of your basket. Digital gift cards do not count towards the minimum order threshold, as they don't entail delivery costs. Delivery costs are calculated once all discounts have been applied.

Delivery times are valid from the moment your order leaves our warehouse or you receive our delivery confirmation email. This can take an additional 1-2 working days. We work at full speed to make sure your Doonails order reach you as quickly as possible. Together with our partners we make sure your order is packed and shipped without the slightest delay – our processes are regularly checked and when necessary updated.   

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Delivery of download items: 

Supply of download products: Download products (digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier) do not incur shipping costs.

Download products are sent to you as data via E-mail within 24 hours after concluding the contract (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

The customers can download the Download items via a link shared through email.
This email is sent with the access data for the Download within 24 hours after placing the order (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorization).
