We are sorry your order didn’t work out! Doonails offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. We want you to love our products, but we understand if you need a different style.

  1. Voluntary 30-day Money-back Guarantee

Our voluntary  30-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible one-time purchases only. The 30-day period begins on the date your products are recorded as being delivered to you.  

This voluntary guarantee:

  • Applies only to regular one-time purchases
  • Does not apply to Subscription orders (which  are subject to the Subscription terms outlined in our Terms of Service, unless expressly stated at the time of purchase)
  • Does not apply to gift cards,  items marked as final sale or non-returnable, or promotional items.
  1. Return Eligibility

Unless otherwise indicated on the Site, products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are returned unused in their original condition, including original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or refund. Before returning any item, you must submit a photo through our return application so we can assess the condition of the product.

If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will provide, at our discretion:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund to your original form of payment

For confirmed defective items, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective. We do not provide prepaid return labels. 

  1. Refunds

Upon receiving the returned Product(s) from you, we will confirm whether  any refund is due to you as soon as possible. If a refund is approved: 

  • The refund will be issued to your original form of payment 
  • The refund will include the purchase price of the returned Product(s), 
  • The cost of standard shipping costs paid as part of your original order, will be refunded only if the entire order is returned
  •  Expedited or upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the Product is defective 
  • If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If a return does not meet eligibility requirements, we may:

  • Reject the return and ship the Product back to you at your expense, or
  • Offer a partial refund at our discretion.

*Please note: If you request a refund for a bundle purchase and keep one or more items from the bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. Your refund will be recalculated based on the individual price (or current promotional price) of the items you keep.
