From four founders in South Tyrol to a team of more than 70 people who, together with our CEO Chris, work every day to make manicures easier. Our vision is to help shape a world where everyone looks after their nails and can feel ready and complete in every moment.

What connects us
We always give 100%, and “can’t be done” doesn’t really exist here. We want to keep growing, both as people and as a company, and we never stop getting better. For us, that means: We always go full throttle and constantly question the status quo, we learn from everything and would rather try out ideas quickly than wait forever for the perfect moment. This drive and speed is in everything we do, and it’s one of the reasons why we’ve already achieved so much as a team.
We’re all in the same boat and pull together. In our daily doing, that means: sharing knowledge instead of hoarding it, having each other’s backs and supporting each other across team boundaries. We celebrate successes together, and when things get bumpy, we tackle them together, always with the overall goal of moving Doonails forward.
We love keeping it simple: clear, direct and efficient. Instead of getting lost in the details, we take on what’s ahead in a solution-oriented way.
Our team and how we treat each other are our top priority. We look out for each other, treat each other with empathy and help each other, even beyond our own tasks. We genuinely celebrate each other’s successes and always have each other’s backs. This real sense of being there for one another is incredibly close to our hearts and is what Doonails is all about at its core.
In our team, everyone is celebrated for who they are, not for fitting a template. Here, you can be completely yourself. We’re glad about everyone who thinks along and shares their opinion, even when it goes against the grain. Of course, not every idea can win in the end, and sometimes “disagree and commit” is part of it, but it’s exactly this genuine, honest co-creation that makes us a better team.

Your hard skills are naturally important to us, and we test them with a case study too, but much more important to us is the human or team fit, because we only want to bring talents on board where it truly matches 100% on a personal level. Very straightforward: You’ll receive a completely normal, legally compliant German employment contract through our German GmbH.
