Payment
We currently offer the following payment methods in our online shop:

You can find the invoice for your order in your customer account. Additionally, we have also attached it in the shipping email of your order.
If you cannot find your invoice, please send a brief message to our team with your order number, and we will send you the invoice as a PDF file.
Klarna is a payment provider. Just like PayPal.
You can use it to pay us securely and without any problems.

We place the highest value on your security when it comes to payment transactions.
Your personal data is transmitted in encrypted form so that it cannot be read by third parties. In addition, our website is SSL securely verified.
Your payments are processed via a specially secure-certified partner.

As soon as it arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked in order and forwarded.
Please understand that a refund cannot be issued on the same day – processing can take up to 14 business days.
Once it has been processed, the refund will be made in the following days to the payment method you used to place the order.
The purchase amount will be credited depending on the payment method:
Credit card
The credit will be credited back to the credit card account we have debited. You can view the chargeback on your next credit card statement. It is possible that the date of the chargeback is the same as the date of payment.
PayPal
The amount will be credited to the PayPal account you used. You can decide for yourself whether the amount is deposited in your PayPal account or credited back to your bank account.
Gift voucher
The refund will be credited to your originally selected gift card. A cash payment of the balance is not possible. If you have combined the gift voucher with another payment method, we will offset the value of the voucher against the items you keep. We will refund the additional amount paid according to your chosen payment method.
Klarna invoice or instant purchase
Your refund will be forwarded to Klarna and processed via your chosen payment method.
If it takes more than 14 days for your refund or you need support, please contact our Customer Care Team, stating your order number and the items concerned.
Vouchers & Discounts
You can simply enter your voucher in the discount code / voucher field during the checkout process.
Click on redeem and the discount will be deducted automatically.
You can order Gift Vouchers at any time in our online shop.
You can choose between a 10 dollar, 25 dollar, 50 dollar, 100 dollar and 200 dollar gift voucher.
The voucher will then be sent to you directly by e-mail.
Enter the code in the checkout under ‘Discount code’.
The following points must be observed for discount codes:
- Have you reached the minimum order value of the voucher (excluding shipping costs)?
- Have you already redeemed another code?
- Have all the conditions of the code been met?
If you have complied with all the points, you can delete the cache and cookies of your PC browser once for the entire period. This will reset your browser.
If the code redemption still does not work, there may be another reason.

You can only redeem one promotional code per order.
We only send our gift vouchers as PDF files; they are sent directly to the email address provided after the order has been placed.
If you cannot find the e-mail with the code in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
If the e-mail with the gift code cannot be found there either, simply contact our Customer Care Team!
Important:
Our gift vouchers are not sent by post. The voucher is also not included in the parcel of an order if some other products have also been ordered.
Unfortunately, we cannot add discount codes or vouchers to a completed order at a later date.
Our vouchers have no expiry date and can therefore be redeemed at any time.
If the redemption does not work and the code is labelled as expired, please contact our Customer Care Team!
