A subscription is your Doonails membership: your favorite designs are automatically delivered to your home, so you don’t have to place a new order every time. You decide what gets delivered and when. You can swap designs, reschedule, or pause your delivery at any time.
Yes, you always have full control over your subscription.
Where?
In the Customer Portal within your Doonails account (subscription portal). You can also often find direct access in our emails (e.g. order confirmation or reminder before your next delivery).
What can you adjust?
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Customer Portal.
How it works:
Before you cancel:
Sometimes a small adjustment is all it takes to make your subscription fit your needs again. You can pause, skip, or simply switch your design. All of these options are available directly in the Customer Portal. If something doesn’t work or you’re unsure, our Customer Support team will be happy to help.
With a Doonails subscription, you get:
If you prefer to use Nail glue, always apply a sufficient amount to the adhesive surface of the press-ons to completely fill the ‘cavity’ between your natural nail and the press-on nail. You can also apply a thin layer of nail glue to your natural nail.
Your subscription is automatically billed based on the interval you selected when placing your order.
How it works:
Updating payment details:
You can update your payment method at any time in the Customer Portal.
If a payment fails:
We will automatically retry the charge and notify you via email. No delivery will be sent until the issue is resolved. Your subscription will be paused automatically until the payment goes through or you update your details.
When you request the deletion of your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), unless there are legal retention obligations.
If you later enter your email address again, you will receive a login code for technical reasons. However, this does not mean access to your old account.
What exactly happens?
What this means:
Even if it looks like you can log in again, this is not your previous account, but a new registration without your old data.
