These Virtual Try-On Terms (“VTO Terms”) apply when you use our optional Virtual Try-On (“VTO”) feature(s) on our website or app, by either taking a photo with your device camera or otherwise uploading a photo. VTO FEATURES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO YOU AFTER YOU AGREE TO THESE VTO TERMS. BY USING THE VTO FEATURES, YOU ARE SPECIFICALLY CONSENTING TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION BELOW.

What We Collect
When you take a photo using your device’s camera or upload an existing photo, we will collect images, hand and foot geometry, skin undertone, approximate age range, detected jewelry, and photo quality indicators derived from your photo. Hand and foot geometry may be considered “biometric information” under various laws.
Why
We collect this information to apply virtual Doonails products to your photo and make recommendations to you about our products. The VTO features are for guidance only and may differ from the real result.
How Long We Keep It
Your photo and information derived from it, including hand and foot geometry, is deleted from our systems within 90 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us at support@doonails.com.
Who Sees It
Our technology partner, Google LLC (USA) via its Google Gemini AI product, processes your data solely to power this feature and is contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose. We do not sell your biometric information.
Residents of Certain States
If you are a resident of certain states, you may have additional rights regarding this data. Additional Terms
By using the VTO features, you represent and warrant that you are the person depicted in the photo or otherwise have authorization, consent, or license (as the case may be) to provide the photo. By using the VTO features, you further represent and warrant that you are over the age of 18. You agree to indemnify and hold Doonails harmless from any claims that arise from the use of the VTO features in violation of a third party’s rights or in violation of applicable law.
